Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - March 14, 1991 EXECUTIVE SESSION - 10:00 A.M. MAYOR'S OFFICE Hayor Cooke called to order the special called neeting of the Council, noting the presence of all members of the Council. Hayor Cooke announced Council vould go into executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss natters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel natters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council vill be taken on any subject or natter i j unless specifically listed on the agenda for the meeting. 1. Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph e a. Annual performance review of the City Manager The meeting vas adjourned at 12:12 P.M.
