FOUNDED 183 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING 5:00 Ρ.Μ. WORKSESSION March 15, 1991 Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmembers Carl-Mitchell and Nofziger. Purpose of the meeting was to hold a worksession, hearing a brief presentation on the effects of the urbanizaion on the watersheds by the U.S.G.S. Also presented was an update on the balcones Canyonland Conservation Plan. The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 P.Μ.
