Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - MAY S, 1991 9:00 A.M. Mayor Cooke called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to consider adopting a resolution opposing the Environmental Charter Amendments. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Larson's motion, Mayor Cooke'6 second, adopted a resolution opposing the Environmental Charter Amendments. 4-2 Vote, Councllmembers Carl-Mitchell and Nofziger voted No, Mayor Pro Tern Urdy absent. Adjournment The meeting vas adjourned at 9:26 A.M.
