Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - HAT 20f. 1991 CANVASSING ELECTION RETURNS - 10*00 A.M. Mayor Cooke called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council) noting the absence of Councilmembers Epstein and Nofziger. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to canvass the returns and declare the results of the May 18, 1991 Run-off Municipal Election. The Council, on Councllmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, adopted a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the May 198, 1991 General Municipal run-off election as follows: (5-0 , Vote, Councilmembers Epstein and Nofziger absent) Mayor Bruce Todd 28,090 Robert Barnstone 27,034 City Council Place No. 2 Ronney Reynolds 30,389 Ginny Ballard 24,031 City Council Place No. 5 Gus Garcia 27,498 Gilbert M.
