Austin City Council MINUTES July 31, 1991 - 1:00 P.M. SPECIAL CALLED MEETING TOWN LAKE CENTER Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all members. The Mayor announced) the purpose of the meeting was to have the City Manager's presentation of Proposed FT 1991-92 Budget. * City Manager Cam!lie Barnett introduced the budget documents as they were being distributed to members of the Council. She stated the theme of the proposed budget 1st Live Within Our Means, Customer Service and Invest in the Workforce. Dr. Barnett then vent over the budget documents, highlighting them for Council. (Copies of the documents are on file In the City Clerk's Office) The meeting vas adjourned at 2t55 P.M.
