: FOUNDI... Austin City Council MINUTES - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING August 16, 1991 TOWN LAKE CENTER ROOM 126 10:00 Α.Μ. - - I. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the meeting of the Health Services Oversight Committee, noting a quorum of the Council vas present. Besides himself, Councilmembers Garcia, Nofziger and Reynolds were present. II. and III. IV. v. After approving their minutes for the last committee meeting, there was discussion of legislation on Health Services and Financing District. Discussion of Task Force for Health Services and Financing District A. Task Force Name The Committee unanimously approved HEALTH CARE TASK FORCE as their official name. B. Task Force Membership The following were selected as members of the Task Force on a 4-0 vote on Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second: Dr. Christopher Chenault, Betty Himmelblau, Kevin Reed, Jim Joy, Mary Lou Adams, Ed Berger, Richard Klusman, Carl Sieganthaler, Roseanna Szilak, Charles McQuaery, Regina Rogoff, Raphael Quintella and Donna Knapp. C. Update on Indigent Care Study was discussed. The next meeting is scheduled for September 6, 1991 with drafting of the charge as the principle item of the meeting.
