Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - September 03, 1991 TOWN LAKE CENTER - 9 1 00 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called Council meeting, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Nofzlger. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hold a budget vorksession* Sam Driggs, Director of the Convention Center, introduced his staff and referred to the budget document and illustrated the department budget by use of slides. The same procedure vas used by Austan Librach, Director, Environmental & Conservation Services Department! Charles Gates, Director of Aviation! Manuel Mollinedo, Director of Parks and Recreation; and Director of Libraries, Brenda Branch. The meeting vas adjourned at 12:00 Noon. MINUTES 1 9/3/91
