FOUNDI Austin City Council MINUTES - September 04, 1991 11:30 Α.Μ. AVIATION SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING QUORUM OF COUNCIL PRESENT Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, chairman of the Aviation Subcommittee, called to order the meeting, noting the presence of three other members of the Council: Councilmembers Epstein, Nofziger and Larson. The Subcommittee discussed the Bergstrom Master Plan Request for Proposals (RFP). A transcript of the discussion is on file in the City Clerk's office. The Subcommittee was shown three options for the Air Force Reserve Site. Joe Lessard said the Council would have to approve the layout. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy said that Site C seemed to be the one which would be feasible. The final item on the agenda vas RMMA DBE concession update. The meeting was adjourned at 12:25 Ρ.Μ. 1 9/4/91 1
