AUSTI FULNDED 230 Austin City Council MINUTES For - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING SECOND READING OF BUDGET September 11, 1991 1:00 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. ITEMS CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 1. 2. Approved third reading of an Ordinance establishing a Transportation User Fee. (Estimated cost of implementation amounts to $450,000.00; funding included in the 1991-92 Transportation Fund. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, 4-3 Vote, Councilmembers Epstein, Nofziger and Reynolds voted No. Approved third reading of an Ordinance setting & Transportation User Fee rate for Fiscal Year 1991-92, Option 3. :. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, 4-3 Vote, Councilmembers Epstein, Nofziger and Reynolds voted No. ORDINANCES 3. Approved second reading of an Ordinance adopting and approving the Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1991 and terminating September 30, 1992.
