Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING October 04, 1991 - 4:00 P.M. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein* PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED Amend the Land Development Code to adopt Nondegradation regulations for Barton Creek Water- shed and watersheds contributing to Barton Springs. (C20-91-010- Comprehensive Watershed Ordinance. ) Mayor Todd called the names of citizens to speak to this issue. The speakers had registered their intent to speak at a previous meeting, either September 19, 1991 or October 3, 1991. Mayor Todd announced that at 10:00 P.M. the meeting would be continued to the following day, Saturday, October 5, 1991 at 9:30 A.M. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Garcia1 s motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, voted to continue the public hearing to October 5, 1991 at 9:30 A.M. (5-0 Vote, Councilmember Epstein absent, Mayor Pro Tern Urdy out of the room.) ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
