6 AUSTIN Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING October 05, 1991 - 9:30 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Larson. PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED issue. 1. Amend the Land Development Code to adopt Non-Degradation regulations for Barton Creek Watershed and watersheds contributing to Barton Springs. (C20-91-010 hensive Watershed Ordinance) - Compre- Mayor Todd called the names of citizens to speak to this The speakers had registered their intent to speak at a previous meeting, either September 19, 1991 or October 3, 1991. Mayor Todd announced the meeting would end at 3:30 P.M., or whenever the last speaker in attendance spoke. He said if there were still more speakers at the end of the meeting, the hearing would be continued to noon on October 7, 1991. The last citizen spoke at 2:30 Ρ.Μ. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Nofziger's motion, Councilmember Epstein's second, closed the public hearing. (4-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmember Larson and Councilmember Reynolds absent. (The latter had left for the day during the meeting.) ADJOURNMENT - The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 P.Μ. ว
