Austin City Council MINUTES For October 28, 1991 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING AUSTIN HISTORY CENTER - 11130 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Epstein and Nofsiger. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting vas as follows: 1, Discussion on establishment of tax abatement guidelines and criteria for 1991-93.
