FOUNDE Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING 8:00 Α.Μ. - October 31, 1991 : Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, at 8:45 A.M., noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmembers Epstein and Nofziger. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd announced that Council would go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. 1. Personnel Matters RECESS - A Section 2, Paragraph g Discuss appointment of Municipal Court Clerk and interview candidates: Clete McAlister, Dolores Diaz-Lopez, Ron Zimmerman and Ralph Ferguson. Council recessed for executive session from 8:47 A.M. to 1:26 Ρ.Μ. ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING Selection of Municipal Court Clerk. No action was taken. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 1:26 Ρ.Μ.
