Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - November 05, 1991 LAUREL MOUNTAIN SCHOOL - 6:30 P.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy, Councilmembers Epstein and Garcia. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing. 1. Public Hearing on full purpose annexation for Great Hills area. Speaker's cards are on file in the City Clerk's office. Motion *. The Council, on Councilmember Reynold's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second, closed the public hearing. 4-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tern Urdy, Councilmembers Epstein and Garcia absent.
