Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hear a briefing on a potential 1991 bond election. ..••-. i- ' • . . . . • Bill Stockton, Director of Public Works, vent over the proposed Capital Improvement Projects which are needed in the City of Austin. Printed pages of the slides Mr. Stockton used for illustration are on file in the City Clerk's office. Bill Newman, Austin's financial advisor, and Betty Dunkerley, Director of Finance, also gave v - presentations. The meeting lost Its quorum at 3s45 P.M., but discussion continued until 4:05 P.M.
