Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - December 09, 1991 JOINT MEETING WITH COMMISSIONERS COURT TOWN LAKE CENTER - 4I00 P.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of Councilmembers Larson and Garcia and Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hold a joint meeting with Travis County Commissioners Court, and to hold a public hearing regarding Fiscal Tear 1991-92 contract funding for Social Service agencies.
