6 A POUNDI... E 10 Austin City Council MINUTES For - December 19, 1991 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MAYOR'S OFFICE - 10:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council. He announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Mayor Todd noted that the following items from the agenda would be discussed: 10:00 Α.Μ. Pending/Contemplated Litigation, Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Discussion of Randall Kirk Prisock v. City of Austin; Cause No. 447-128. (Related to Agenda Item 103 (Austin City Council Meeting on this same date at 1:00 Ρ.Μ.]). 3. U.S. 183/290 Project, Parcel 72-50A and 50AE, Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company. (Related to Agenda Item 104 [Austin City Council Meeting on this same date at 1:00 P.M.]) 4. U.S. 183/290 Project, Parcel 57-260, Star Enterprise, a New York General Partnership (Texaco). (Related to Agenda Item 105 [Austin City Council Meeting on this same date at 1:00 Ρ.Μ.]) 5. Convention Center Parking Council entered into executive session at 10:05 A.M. and recessed its meeting at 11:00 A.M. Mayor Todd announced action would be taken during the regular Council meeting at 1:00 P.M. The Mayor said the executive session would be continued later in the day. \ 9:05 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd announced the Special Called Meeting of the Council, which recessed at 11:00 A.M. would continue at this time. Personnel Matters 6. Personnel Issues Section 2, Paragraph g Council entered into executive session at 9:05 P.M. and adjourned its Special Called Meeting at 11:15 P.M.
