FOUNDED 1839 Austin City Council MINUTES For - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MAYOR'S OFFICE 5:00 Ρ.Μ. - DECEMBER 23,1991 Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all members. The Mayor announced Council would go into executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless sepcifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. 1. Personnel Matters Section 2, Paragraph e Recess a. Performance evaluation and review of City Manager Council was in Executive Session from 5:05 P.M. to 10:05 Ρ.Μ. Action on the Following 2.
