KOYAUSST POUNDED Austin City Council MINUTES January 15, 1992 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING TOWN LAKE CENTER - - 1:30 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a work session on the following: VORKSESSION 1. Briefing on Drainage Utility City Manager Barnett introduced the briefing on the drainage utility to Council. Austan Librach, Director, Environmental and Conservation Services, discussed the material Council had received. (Copies are on file in the City Clerk's office.) Mr. Librach's presentation was illustrated by use of slides. (Text and diagrams on file in the City Clerk's office.) Fire Chief Bill Roberts and Bill Stockton, Director of Public Works and Transportation, reported on the recent flooding in Austin and the effectiveness of the City's procedures during a flood.
