OF AUSTI FOUNDER AR Austin City Council MINUTES January 16, 1992 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MAYOR'S OFFICE 11:00 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold an executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Discussion of contemplated litigation related to certain water rights and rates which the City of Austin is subject. The following was on the agenda, but Mayor Todd announced that it would not be considered. 2. Discussion of Don Kersey v. City of Austin et al; Cause No. 484,512.
