Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - January 20, 1992 TOWN LAKE CENTER - 2:00 P.M. Councilmember Nofziger called to order the special called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Todd, Mayor Pro Ten Urdy and Councilmenber Epstein. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION 1. Environmental Work Plan for the Year Approved, as a Council, the Environmental Work Plan for the year, vith additions as discussed, on Councilmember Reynolds' notion, Councilnember Garcia's second, 4-0 Vote, Mayor Todd, Mayor Pro Ten Urdy and Councilmember Epstein absent. 2. Gas/Natural Gas Vehicles Michael Myers, Manager, Energy Conservation Services, illustrated his remarks with slides. Report is on file in the City Clerk's office. 3. South Austin Outfall Status Report Randy Goss, Director of Water and Wastewater, Mike Heitz, Director of Parks, and Jim Clarno, Public Works Project Manager, presented the report. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjurned at 3:55 P.M. on Councilmember Larson's motion, Councilmember Reynolds second, 4-0 Vote.
