Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - January 23, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - lit 00 A.M. Councilmember Nofziger called to order the special called meeting of the Council) in the absence of Mayor Todd and Mayor Fro Tern Urdy. Councilmember Nofziger noted the presence of all other members of the Council) and announced Council would enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council vlll be taken on any subject or matters. Land Acquisition - Section 2, Paragraph f 1. Reviev and discussion of real property acqulstion for U.S. Highway 183 Expansion Project, Account 8014-1-58.
