Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - January 30, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - lit00 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy, Councllmembers Garcia and Nofziger. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd announced that Council would enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel natters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Discussion of contemplated litigation to enforce certain terms and provisions of the Maple Run Municipal Utility District 11 Consent Agreement.
