Austin City Council MINUTES - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING January 31, 1992 WORKSESSION ROOM 303, MUNICIPAL BUILDING - Mayor Todd called to order the City Council's Municipal Court Sub-Committee meeting, noting the presence of Councilmembers Garcia, Larson and Reynolds. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision, or vote by the Committee will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. A. Personnel Matters RECESS - Section 2, Paragraph g Discussion of candidates for judicial positions at Municipal Court Council recessed from 2:10 to 3:05 P.M. for executive session.
