Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - February 07, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - llOO P.M. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a special meeting of the Municipal Court Sub-Committee. The Mayor announced the Sub-Committee vould go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from LEGAL COUNSEL, to discuss matters of land acquistion, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the Committee will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. A. Personnel Matter - Section 2, Paragraph g Interview candidates for judicial positions at Municipal Court . Council recessed for Executive Session and adjourned their meeting at 6iA5 P.M.
