FOUNDED RES Austin City Council MINUTES - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING February 12, 1992 TOWN LAKE CENTER 1:30 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a worksession on Energy Conservation and Electric Rates. Austan Librach, Director, and Roger Duncan, Assistant Director, Environmental and Conservation Services, addressed the Council to answer by use of slides, the questions: Should the City continue to invest in energy efficiency programs? If the City's investment in energy efficiency is to continue, how should it be funded? - Their reports are in the City Clerk's office. John Moore, Director of Electric Utility, spoke concerning electric rates. His report is on file in the City Clerk's office. The Electric Utility Commission was represented with the Minority Report given by Shudde Fath and the Majority Report given by Neal Kocurek. The meeting lost its quorum of Councilmembers at 4:05 P.M.
