QUESTI POUNDIN Austin City Council MINUTES - February 13, 1992 9:00 Α.Μ. SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Nofziger and Reynolds and Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd announced Council would go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel and discuss matters of land acquistion. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Discussion of contemplated litigation related to certain water rights and rates which the City of Austin is subject to. Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Paragraph 2f Land acquisition open space/preserve property in the Upper Bull Creek Watershed RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its meeting at 9:13 P.M. for Executive Session and adjourned the meeting at 9:40 A.M.
