AUSTIN i POUNDID Austin City Council MINUTES 1. 2. 3. SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - - FEBRUARY 20, 1992 10:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e Discussion of contemplated litigation related to certain water rights and rates which the City of Austin is subject to. Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Paragraph 2f Discuss land acquisition for Convention Center parking. Land acquisition open space/preserve property in the Upper Bull Creek Watershed. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its meeting for Executive Session at 10:12 P.M. and adjourned the meeting at 12:00 Noon.
