Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - February 27, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - lit 00 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hold an executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel natters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council vill be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Paragraph 2f 1. Discussion of acquisition of lease space for the proposed North Austin Health Clinic in northeast Austin. Council recessed for executive session at 11:05 a.m. and adjourned at Ilt25 A.M.
