Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - March 05, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - 11:00 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Garcia. The Mayor announced Council would enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Discussion of Gemini Exploration Company et al v. City of Austin and Lover Colorado River Authority, Cause No. 91-143 and City of Austin v. Gemini Exploration Company et al, Cause No. 11935. 2. Discussion of City of Austin v. John H. Young, Inc., Cause No. 91-11579.
