YOAUSIA N POUNDID 1419 10 Austin City Council MINUTES CITY COUNCIL'S AVIATION SUB-COMMITTEE SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - March 11, 1992 TOWN LAKE CENTER 1:30 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the City Council's Aviation Subcommittee, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. Council heard from staff and Mr. Jim Camier, Airport Consultant for KPMG (Peat Marwick). After discussion of each item on the agenda, Council passed motions, as follows, as members of the Aviation Subcommittee. 1. Approved Bergstrom Master Plan Goals and Objectives by the Subcommittee and recommendation for Council action. On Councilmember Epstein's motion, Councilmember Garcia's second, 6-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy absent. 2. Approved Bergstrom Referendum date of May 1, 1993 as recommended by the Subcommittee and recommended for Council action. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, 6-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy absent. 3. Reviewed and approved cost estimating/review services RFQ by the Subcommittee for scope of work and selection matrix and recommendation for Council action. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 6-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy absent. 4. Discussed public conveyance of Bergstrom Land by FAA to the City (Bergstrom property not included in the 2940 acres to be conveyed to the City by the Air Force) and recommended for Council action. On Councilmember Epstein's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 6-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy absent. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 3:13 Ρ.Μ. MINUTES 1 3/11/92 !
