Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - March 19, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - 11100 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. Mayor Todd announced Council would enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statut.es Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council vill be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Paragraph 2f * 1. Discuss land acquisition for Convention Center parking. 2. Discuss property acquisition for Dovntovn Arts Project. Council entered into Executive Session at 11:04 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at Ili52 A.M.
