: OF AUST FOUNDID SO Austin City Council MINUTES CITY COUNCIL'S AVIATION SUBCOMMITTEE March 23, 1992 4:00 Ρ.Μ. TOWN LAKE CENTER - Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the meeting of the City Council's Aviation Subcommittee, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein. 1. Approval of minutes of 3/11/92 Aviation Subcommittee meeting. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 6-0 Vote, Councilmember Epstein absent. 2. Review and approve preliminary Bergstrom Re-Use Plan. On Mayor Todd's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second, Submit with commentary on 1 and 4. 6-0 Vote. Councilmember Larson stated the he thought Plan 1 should be eliminated because it does not meet FAA specifications. Councilmember Garcia said he felt the same way about Plan 4. 3. Review and approve RFP for Supplemental Environmental Studies for Bergstrom Airport EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 4-0 Vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmembers Nofziger out of the room, Councilmember Epstein absent. 4. Consideration of Supplemental Amendment No. 1 to KPMG Peat Marwick Professional Services Agreement for the Bergstrom Master Plan. - Subcommittee Recommendation for Council action Will be submitted to Council. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 4-0 Vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmember Nofziger out of the room, Councilmember Epstein absent.
