Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - April 23, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MATOR - 10*00 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein and Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd announced Council would go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss natters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel natters. No final action vill be taken on any subject or natter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. He announced Council vould consider the following! 2- Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Section 2, Paragraph f i Discuss land acquisition for Convention Center parking.
