Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - April 29, 1992 TOWN LAKE CENTER 1:30 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmembers Garcia and Larson. WORKSESSION 1. Health/Hospital Issue Paper 1:30 Ρ.Μ. 2:15 Ρ.Μ. Staff Presentation - - First Assistant City Manager Byron Marshall discussed health care and the importance of maintaining Brackenridge Hospital in a fiscally sound position. Susan Noffke, Director of Health, illustrated her presentation by means of slides. Copy of her presentation is on file in the City Clerk's office. Brackenridge Hospital Director John Dandridge Jr. presented the Issue Paper for the hospital. A copy is on file in the City Clerk's office. 2.
