Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the meeting of the City Council Aviation Subcommittee, noting the absence of Mayor Todd and Councilmember Epstein. The purpose of the meeting was as follows. Approval of Minutes of April 27, 1992 Council Aviation Subcommittee Meeting. On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, 4-0 Vote, Mayor Todd, Councilmember Epstein absent, Councilmember Reynolds not yet at the meeting. Consideration of Environmental Impact Statement consultant shortlist established by the FAA and request Council action on FAA selected. The Council, on Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second, approved recommending Greiner Inc. and Science Applications International Corporation to the full Council for their final selection. Motion passed by a 5-0 Vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmember Epstein absent. Consideration of Reuse Planning Consultant for Bergstrom Air Force Base and recommendation for Council action. The Council, on Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, voted to recommend Sasaki Associates, Inc. to the full Council. 5-0 Vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmember Epstein absent. Approve passenger facility charge for Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Projects.
