Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - HAT 28, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR * 10*30 A.M. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Mayor Fro Tern Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. EXECUTIVE SESSION : Mayor Todd announced Council vould go into Executive Session* pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss natters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel natters. No final action vill taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Land Acquisition - Section 2, Paragraph f 1. Discussion of property acquisition for the Alpine Detention Pond Project. Pending/Contemplated Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e 2. Discussion of settlement of the City's lavcuit against Austin Cablevision. \ Advice from Counsel - Section 2, Paragraph e 3* Discussion of proposed transfer of Austin Cablevision franchise.
