10 A OF AUST FOUNDED 1989 Austin City Council MINUTES July 01, 1992 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING TOWN LAKE CENTER 9:00 Α.Μ. - In the absence of Mayor Todd at the beginning of the meeting, Councilmember Nofziger called to order the Special Called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Todd and Councilmember Reynolds. Both entered the meeting a little later. Councilmember Nofziger stated the purpose of the meeting was to hold a Policy Budget Worksession, with presentations from several departments. All presentors, listed by their departments, illustrated their information with slides. The order of appearance is as follows: POLICY BUDGET WORKSESSION Fire Chief Roberts - - David Vuertz, Director, EMS Health & Human Services - Sue Noffke, Director Brackenridge Hospital - John Dandridge, Director Water/Wastewater - Randy Goss, Director Municipal Court - Municipal Court Clerk, Ron Zimmerman Internal Service Funds: Members of the Council asked questions of Director of Finance, Betty Dunkerley and Director of the Electric Utility, John Moore. Management Services Mayor and Council Electric RECESS- Council recessed its meeting from 11:55 Α.Μ.to 1:45 Ρ.Μ. When the meeting resumed it was vithout a quorum. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmembers Epstein, Garcia and Nofziger vere not present. Mayor Todd left the meeting at 2:40 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy arrived at that time and the meeting continued without a quorum.
