Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein and Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was to have an Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters.
