N FOUNDED 1920 Austin City Council MINUTES 1. 2. - July 23, 1992 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 10:30 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Land Acquistion, Section 2, Paragraph f Review and discussion of fee simple acquisition for U.S. 183 Section 2 offsite drainage improvements, Angus Valley Channel Project, Parcel #3079.01. Review and discussion of fee simple acquisition for U.S. 183 expansion project; parcel 72-50A and 50B. Advice from Counsel, Section 2, Paragraph e 3. Advice from Counsel on Personnel Policies. 4. Advice from Counsel on Tank Farm issues. Council recessed for Executive Session from 10:35 A.M. to 12:20 Ρ.Μ. No action was taken as a result of discussion in Executive Session.
