The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to to canvass the election of August 8, 1992. 1. Consider a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the August 8, 1992 Special Municipal Election Motion The Council, on Councilmember Nofziger's motion, Councilmember Larson's second, adopted a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the August 8, 1992 Special Municipal Election at 10:10 A.M. C.S.D.T. Motion passed on a 5-0 Vote, with Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, and Councilmember Reynolds absent. 2.
