SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 13, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 11:00 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the special meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, Councilmembers Epstein and Reynolds. Mayor Todd announced Council would go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Personnel Matters, Section 2, Paragraph g 1. Discussion of salaries for Municipal Court Judges Pending Litigation, Section 2, Paragraph e 2. Roderick Tanner, Individually and on Behalf of the Class of People known as the current and former tenants of Watersbend Apartments on behalf of the Watersbend Tenants Association, as its president v. The City of Austin, Watersbend Partners Ltd., Founder's Property Management of Austin, Inc., Recherche, Ltd., and Tommy Thompson, Individually and doing business as Recherche Ltd., Cause No. 92-11228, in the District Court of Travis County, Texas.
