YOFA子 FOUNDID SA Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 19, 1992 TOWN LAKE CENTER - 9:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Reynolds. WORKSESSION 1. Presentation and Discussion of Implementation Plan for the Save Our Springs Ordinance He Austan Librach, Director of Environmental Resources, introduced the proposed Implementation Plan and recommendation of rules. suggested staff prepare the rules, in accordance with the Land Development Code, and post for public comment. The public will have the opportunity to discuss them with staff. Then they will be sent to the City Manager for approval. EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Items) Mayor Todd announced that Council would enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Provide legal advice, Section 2, Paragraph e 1. Legal advice regarding implementation of Save Our Springs Ordinance RECESS Council recessed from 10:09 to 10:29 for executive session. No action was taken as a result of the session.
