FOUNDED 199 Austin City Council MINUTES 1. SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - AUGUST 20, 1992 10:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold an executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Land Acquisition, Section 2, Paragraph f Discussion of South Lamar Blvd./Barton Springs Road Intersection improvements, File No. 3217.02 Personnel Matters, Section 2, Paragraph g 2. Performance evaluations for Municipal Court Judges. 3. Discuss compensation and benefits package for City Auditor.
