YOFAUST 6 FOUNDED VOSO Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING TOWN LAKE CENTER - September 02, 1992 1:30 Ρ.Μ. Councilmember Nofziger called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Todd, Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. He announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a budget worksession. BUDGET WORKSESSION 1:30 Ρ.Μ. Emergency Medical Services Operating Budget David Wuertz, EMS Director, reported on the department's pressing needs. 2:00 Ρ.Μ. Environmental and Conservation Services Operating Budget Austan Librach, Joe Word and Roger Duncan presented the report. 2:30 Ρ.Μ. Fire Department Operating Budget Report was given by Chief Roberts. 3:00 Ρ.Μ. Health Department Operating Budget Report postponed to September 4, 1992. 3:30 Ρ.Μ. Police Department Operating Budget Police Chiefs Phifer, Sanders, Hillard and Gross discussed the department budget. 4:00 Ρ.Μ. Public Works Operating Budget To be re-scheduled. 4:30 Ρ.Μ. Drainage Utility Operating Budget To be re-scheduled. A quorum of the Council was lost at 4:10 P.M., but presentations and discussion continued to 4:25 Ρ.Μ. MINUTES 1 9/2/92 C :
