Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all members of the Austin City Council. : Judge Bill Aleshire called to order the work session of the Travis County Commissioners Court, noting that all were present. Judge Aleshire stated the Court would have a voting session on the topic on September 18, 1992 and would hear public speakers at that time. PUBLIC HEARING AND RESOLUTION 1. Joint City/County Public Hearing on Balcones Canyonlands Habitat 2. Conservation Plan. [continued from September 10, 1992; comment will be taken from persons who signed up to speak but did not speak on September 10; no additional sign-up] Speaker's cards are on file in the City Clerk's office. Joe Lessard, Assistant City Manager, and other members of the City staff, answered questions asked by members of the Council and the Court.
