i MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING September 17, 1992 The meeting was called to order at 3:52 p.a. by Board Member Dr. Charles Urdy Present: Charles Urdy, Ronney Reynolds, Bob Larson, Max Nofziger, Gus Garcia, and Louise Epstein Absent: Bruce Todd Agenda Item No. One: Approve Minutes of September 3, 1992 meeting. Motion The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Nofziger's second, approved the minutes on a 6-0-0 vote with Board Member Todd absent. --- Agenda Item No. Two: Approve a resolution authorizing 1992-93 budget for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (Recommended by AHFC Review Committee 2-0) Motion / The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Larson's second, approved the resolution on a 6-0-0 vote with Board Member Todd absent.
