FOUNDED 1829 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - 10:00 Α.Μ. September 17, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR E 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. The Mayor announced Council would enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Land Acquisition, Section 2, Paragraph f Discussion of real property acquisition for U.S. Highway 290 Expansion Project, Account 8014-70. 2. Discussion of real property acquisition for Burleson Road Improvement Project, Parcel #2949-33. 3. Discussion of real property acquisition for North Lamar Blvd./Rutland Drive intersection improvement. 4.
