ST FOUNDED 1829 Austin City Council MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING October 15, 1992 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 11:00 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Epstein. He announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters.
