MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING October 22, 1992 The meeting was called to order at 3:25 p.m. by Board Member Dr. Charles Urdy Present: Charles Urdy, Ronney Reynolds, Bob Larson, Max Nofziger, Gus Garcia, and Louise Epstein Absent: Bruce Todd == Agenda Item No. One: Approve Minutes of September 17, 1992 meeting. Motion The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Larson's second, approved the minutes on a 6-0-0 vote with Board Member Todd absent. Agenda Item No. Three: Authorize a resolution requesting the City of Austin and other governmental taxing units to abate property taxes for Scattered Cooperative Infill Housing Program (SCIP) homeownership units and authorize entering into tax abatement agreements with such governmental units (Recommended by AHFC Review Committee 3-0). The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Epstein's second, approved the resolution on a 6-0-0 vote with Board Member Todd absent. Agenda Item No. Four: ۲۰ Approve a resolution authorizing use of $725,000 in Austin Housing Finance Corporation Housing Assistance funds over a 3 year period as part of the local match for the HOPE 3 program.
